Happy Mother's Day!

I'm thinking without my wonderful children I wouldn't be celebrating today. So it's really thanks to the kids day :)
The ONLY place in my house that had 3 empty level spaces is the carpenter's ladder, inside my closed front room. The dog can't get in (except after 10 minutes of prying the pocket doors open, and the rest of the room is covered in plaster dust. I've covered the windows, doors with the plastic sheeting behind the flowers (in vain, I'm sure) to keep the rest of the dust from the first sanding contained in one room.
I am seriously stressed with the dog all but able to climb counters, jumping into the bath water, and stealing shampoo bottles, shoes, anything that isn't nailed down, all the while trying to keep her out of the single pathway thru the house that the carpenters are using.
Seriously thinking it's time to explore the idea of a crate.
HMD to all mothers, mothers to be, and those who've lost their mothers this year.
