I think a higher angle is called for here.
Just slightly higher than the subject and
lose the distraction in the background on the left.

I think Liza is right. That hand looks a little unusual... She should hold it over her body in a diagonal position. Maybe you can try another shot like this? :-) Anyway the rest is fab.!!! GMV!

Karen, you know I'm a fan of your work (at least I hope you know that). This is a beautiful photo with wonderful milky soft lighting. I like everything about it except her right arm. Actually, I love everything about it except that arm. It looks like a painful position.
