The sun is certainly shining on these. Beautiful reds. We've had only gray skies too. And the trees are just dying off from the long dry hot summer.

A rain falls is refreshing change of scene, tu seven straight days of rain - also 3 inches of rain is just tad too much. BTW, nice shot. So that what the sun looks like.

Nice shot. Personally, I am quite enjoying the rain though. We aren't having this nice color that you seem to be finding. I do realize this is not a current photo but even so, we haven't seen this sort of color yet and now that the rain and wind has wrecked havoc with the trees I suspect we wont be treated to much fall splendor so I will just have to keep coming back to your gallery to get my fall fix.
