Lacrosse

Went to see my nephew play lacrosse today-first time I've seen the game. It's a wonder they don't come out bloodied and briused more than what they are. A lot like hockey, but without the heavy pads, and all the kids still seem to have their own teeth.

This is a great action shot, 4 of 5 of them are looking at you, how did you get their attention in the middle of the game?

Now you see, I have never understood this game. Or perhaps I do understand it but I just don't find it a very photogenic sport. Why there aren't more injuries is beyond me. And in the girls version the uniform is a skirt -- how odd is that?

Nice capture full of implied motion, and energy.
