This is the second version of 50/1.4 made by PENTACON. 6 grp / 7 elm, filter size = ∅52mm, 320g
At WO this lens is sharper than the first version of Prakticar 50/1.4, and no brownish tint at all.
MFD = 0.4m, $300 @2002, $203 @2018

According to this new info, the optical design is almost same without Thoralium glass element,
of course the designers re-computed for this. No wonder their renditions are identical!!
