Yet another PB->EF adapter

The thickness of the base metal is 0.5+/-0.025mm.
So the most of Prakticars will reach infinity I guess.

This one has the lens mount stopper just like C/Y->EF adapter,
but you cannot mount/dismount the lens alone without taking
the lens and adapter together.
