DIY E->E 13mm ext. ring

All those E-mounted lenses can use this. It is made of body and lens rear cap glued together without centre.
So almost all the lenses I have can have this ext. tube on my NEX-5/a7 camera for close range photography.
After using this tube, I need a much thinner extension tube for shorter Canon FL/FD lenses.
