The Jeepster was a sporty offering, introduced in 1948, and was produced through 1951. It was a great looking vehicle, however its' sporty looks were not matched by its' power offerings. Initially available with only a four-cylinder, it eventually received a six-cylinder, in an era that was characterized by the burgeoning V8.
