does anyone know a good way to find old church/school records from here? My great grandfather Fred Allein went to school here. I know he was there in 1889. He was born in Buffalo in 1879

My Grandfather, Clarence Pempsell, used to ring the bells when he was a alter boy at the turn of the century. He was married to my Grandmother, Irene Bebber, in 1916. My Mother Gwendolyn and Father, Melvin used to take me there to Christmas Midnight Mass. What a wonderful church.

I went to school here. Now living in Ga. but memories both good and bad are from my years on Reed st. on the next block.

i lived on herman st. my sister and i were baptized and schooled there. i was in the cyc there and always will remember being an alter boy there and singing in the choir. will always miss christmas eve services in this beautiful church.
i now live in san francisco and always drive through that old neighborhood when i amin buffalo.

I STARTED SCHOOL IN 1947 THE YEAR OF THE FIRE.I USED TO WATCH THE BUILDERS REBUILD THE CHURCH FROM THE BOY'S SCHOOL ACROSS RICH ST.

I spent most of my life until my late 20s in this parish. I sang in the choir, went to the school and married there. A beautiful place SMS. I remember the fire when services had to be held in the school's 3rd floor.
