This sign refers to B_eskow Bros Pharmacy, the second letter is undecipherable, but I can find no listing under that name from the thirties through the sixties in old Buffalo City Directories, only reference to the Broadway Drug Company.

Could it be Pleskow?? i too see it as a B, but Pleskow is a viable name.
