Actually, Pattaya and the whole Province of Chonburi celebrate Songkran later than the rest of the country, by 6 days. Yet, more than a few can't resist to join the whole country in getting the water guns out, albeit in a milder way. I still managed to get the camera splattered with water and had to retreat to safety, with a bit less pictures than I hoped so. April 19th could be much better or.... much worse, in that matter.
