The human population of Gotland is 58,000. The sheep number 60,000 and have been an integral part of the island's economy and agriculture provding meat and wool. I'm sure the sheep are glad to part with their wool when since the temperatures reach 30 degrees celcius during the summer. I suspect they are less enthused about the meat contribution...
