March 09

London

This is a VERY expensive shot because,
I lost my eye contact lens taking it.
SO, that's why;
1. It is out of focus,
2. I don't have any better photo for today
(my heart wasn't anymore in a photo mood after the loss)
3. You better appreciate it!

Canon EOS 350D
2s f/5.0 at 70.0mm iso1600 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

I think I see it over there on the left...

hahah. What a sense of humour - I'm sure I would have been swearing at least a little if it had been me. Hope it won't take long to sort out a replacement.

The stors behind (soory for that loss!)and the picture in context makes the comp a "moving" one! I do appreciate it too :o))))

Two seconds; a missing contact... -- like Ray, I'm stunned!!!
Ray Rebortira10-Mar-2006 05:41
But you must have quite steady hands. Gosh, a two second exposure? Bravo!!!

hope you found it

Désolée pour ton verre de contact :-(
(J'en ai perdu si souvent...)
J'aime l'effet de flou de cette image. La composition est sympa aussi!

Sorry to hear that... but I do APPRECIATE your efforts :-) Don't you know, the blur look is "in" now!

What a downer, but I hope you enjoyed the rest of your evening;->
Hope you're fixed soon.
I appreciate it...

Sorry for the lost contact, but nonetheless, it might have added an intersting element to the photo. A dreamlike abstraction.
Guest 10-Mar-2006 00:43
awe, at least you've redeemed yourself with your explanation!
Guest 10-Mar-2006 00:37
This has that "lost contact lens" look ;0)
