There is no dame on the right that I can see, it's a middle-aged man, with a newspaper (the evening standard probably) rolled down his pocket, maybe explaining the chores of his working day to his colleague. I like the blasé look of the bald man at the centre. Hundreds of jobs today, well, it depends on what you mean by "job".
