Sculpted Erosion

Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Dakota, USA

This small but worn section has been sculpted by water in ways more graceful an impressive than most other areas. It's interesting how the erosion has an almost fractal nature, with patterns that look similar from mounds just a few feet tall to hill-sized features.
