Shadow:+2.0
Highlight:+1.1
Sharpness:-2.0
Fill: +0.3 (was 0.8)
Noise Reduction: default (both set to middle).

In SFX, chose "High Structure (Harsh)", slightly reduced structure slider, then set grain to 300 or so (down from 500)
