I was one of 20 some Fire Protection students at Oklahoma State University
that lived in the #2 Fire Station in Stillwater, OK.

The city had an agreement with OSU to allow students to live in the station and ride the trucks
as firefighters for extra experience. We would be on duty every third night from 6:00pm to 6:00am.

I was the only one that was actually from Oklahoma. Everybody else was
from out of state. Oklahoma State University is one of the only schools
in the country that has this kind of arrangement.
