I got several questions how this picture was done. All it took was a tripod,
manual focus, timer release, long exposure, and then just trial and error with
drawing in the air and the exposure time. The fire trail is from one of those
handheld fire sparklers sold around Xmas and New Year. The reflective surface is ice
of a frozen lake :) Similar shots can be taken with most point and shoot cameras
and a lighter, if not too windy of course :) If you decide to try it, pay better
attention than I did to what is in the background (those lamps don't really help)
