Built in 1922 as a mixed use (commercial and apartment) building, the two-story brick and stucco structure incorporates architectural elements
common to Period houses. The Lincoln architectural firm of Fiske and Meginnis designed the building to be compatible with
the surrounding Lincoln residential neighborhood.
