Asalaamu'aliekum brother, I was just tying to do some research on the Taj. At one place I was reading it said Ustad Issa was either Persian or Turkish. At another place (Wikipedia) it credits a Persian Ustad Ahmad Lahauri and it mentions Mir Abd-ul Karim as main architects. What is your knowledge on this? Thanks, Khuda hafiz Noor Khan

Thanks for the link to this beautiful photo and yes I know that he is an Iranian Architect :) Iran has a GREAT history of Islamic art.

Very intersting. I never saw this museem when I was in Shiraz but then my visit to there was 10 years ago now!!!
