It is my responsibility as a deaf person to have pen and paper
with me at all times. I don't speak that clear because of my
inability to hear. Whenever I am out and need to request
something or ask for something. I often have to write it down
to get my point across. It can be a pain, but it works. :-)

my pencil I say: you,
to the beautiful page, you,
I say yes without speaking,
I say many things, and still
there is room, there is space,
your face is where I see forever.
