During the recent full moon I wondered how to come up with something other than the traditional moon on the horizon shot. I noticed that very early in the morning, the big, setting moon was casting a reflection in the very blue water of the swimming pool. I was able to frame it between some garden plants that almost look like abstracted palm trees - perfect for Southern California.
