UGC 12073 & UGC 12075

UGC 12075 galaxy type SBcd (center), MCG+06-49-034 (left of center), UGC 12073 galaxy type SB(s)b
(right center) and compact galaxy MCG+06-49-035 (lower left) form a group of galaxies cataloged as
WBL 682 in the constellation of Lacerta. The small galaxy just above UGC 12075 is LEDA 214848.
Taken Sept. 22, 23, 26, 27 and Sept. 30, 2013. Imaged with CCD Lab’s Q285M camera and a Celestron
EdgeHD 9.25 at f10, on a Losmandy G11/Gemini mount. The L subframes were 12 minutes binned 1x1,while
the RGB subframes were 4 minutes binned 2x2 resulting in the following total exposures L:R:G:B (min)
= 504:72:72:72. Captured with Nebulosity, calibrated, sigma combined in Iris with other processing
using PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.

Very nice group! I wonder what it would look like with the resolution of a 32 inch telescope?
