NGC 5746, edge-on spiral galaxy, type Sb, in Virgo. Taken on the nights of May 13, May 17, and
May 18, 2007, with a DSI Pro II and Outback Cooler on a C8NGT (8" Newtonian f5). L subframes
were 150 sec, while the RGB subframes were 120 sec resulting in the following total exposures (min)
were L:R:G:B = 213:80:96:84. Color balance was achieved via numerically scaled channels. Captured
with Envisage,calibrated and sigma combined in Iris with other processing using FITZ, PixInsight LE
and Photoshop CS. North is up.
