NGC 4565 (Caldwell 38) edge-on Spiral Galaxy, type Sb, in Coma Berenices. Taken on the nights of
May 5 and May 6, 2007, with a DSI Pro II and Outback Cooler on a C8NGT (8" Newtonian f5). LRGB
subframes were 120 sec resulting in the following total exposures L:R:G:B (in min) = 166:64:70:68
Color balance was achieved via numerically scaled channels. Captured with Envisage, calibrated and
sigma combined in Iris with other processing using FITZ, PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.
