Passing Time is what you'll do driving down Rt. 4 in front of Hamilton Plaza, one of the older shopping centers in town. This clock was placed in the center median just a few years ago as a sort of entrance driving north into town. This is similar to an older shot I had taken than I liked...but this clock says "Hamilton" on it, so I thought it appropriate for the PAW.
