We weren't in town last week...we took a quick vacation to Williamsburg, VA. However, on the route there is this hydro plant owned and operated by the City of Hamilton. It's located in Greenup along the Ohio River just east of Portsmouth. My hubby has been there often and wanted to show me, so we stopped past (although it was raning) and I snapped a shot for my PAW!.
