The Chimney Room
This room in the house was also used as an office by Josep Batlló.It has an imaginative fireplace, constructed with fireproof brick. With an area double than the other flats, the Batlló family residence possesses numerous rooms along with a private terrace at the rear façade. The layout of the previous flat was completely altered in the renovation work carried out by Antoni Gaudí, leading to the creation of a series of cosy, bright, spacious areas that could be adequately adapted to the different functions of the house.
