Made up of three rows of thick columns and a vault that emulates cave stalactites, the midway viaduct is one of the most original and experimental structures that can be seen in Park Güell.
Located on the second bend of the route that goes up to the upper part of the urbanizastion, is made of three rows of columns, the central ones and vertical and the lateral ones tilts towards the centre like butresses. The vaults on the other hand are supported thanks to a series of prefabricated arches and are arranged in a parallel way which seemingly holds up a mash of rough, large edges, like a natural grotto.
