Siebers Tower (circa 1385) served as an entrance to Rothenburg for about 150 years, until the building of the Spital Bastion in the sixteenth century. Walking in through the archway, the visitor arrives at the picturesque Plönlein Triangular Place. Fishermen once stored their fish in the cages next to the fountain.
