Small Market Square is one of the most historic places in the city of Avila, and the area around this point formed the first known population center, probably called 'Obila' and inhabited by the Iberian people of Vetones. here was built the Roman Forum in the town. Today we find on one side of the square the town hall and several catering establishments, what makes this spot an ideal place to have a good time when visiting Avila.
