20051210 Foggy Meadow

My interpretation of the PAD rules is 7 pictures per week, no image displayed to be older than 7 days. Sorry PAD police purists but that's the best I can do!

Nevertheless PAD remains a challenge which increases for a rural-based photographer as the greyness of an English winter approaches.
So I am finding it pleasing to keep on producing images - and this is only because of the PAD pressure (and encouragement from fellow PBasers for which much thanks).
Whereas, any previous winter my camera would pretty much be gathering dust for a 3 or 4 months by now.
I think that setting the alarm clock and catching the early light is going to be essential from here on in!

Thanks for your support - only 4 months left of my first PAD year!

Fooey on the Pad police with shots like these John. Keep getting up early! Please. Might have to try it myself if these are the results.

I love this John. Recently on our trip south we saw many beautiful trees that were brought out here from the " mother country " & planted by the early colonial settlers. As old as these perhaps...PAD police are on a break :>)

I think this is wonderful! Love the muted colors and haziness.

John, Thanks for your support! This is my sixth straight day of being on call - All of you with your kind words kept me going despite working a 70 hour week when "on call" and it would be very easy to not try to take a picture . My Year ends on January 1st 2006 and Sunday is my last day on call for the year! Nice shot-- As Sharon said, love the sepia treatment

Keep going, something always turns up. Love the sepia treatment to this - suits the fence and that old gate.
