Twice a year the locally based Russian fishing fleet comes into port for a few weeks between fishing seasons when they carry out maintenance and crew changes. This was one such period although the number of fishing vessels has dwindled from days of old.....in much the same way the number of fish has. There must be a link there somewhere.
