Old Dunedin Prison.

The old prison has closed and a new one built south of Dunedin near Milton.
This new prison is called the Milton Hilton by locals.
With under-floor heating and regular meals, the prisoners live in better conditions than many law abiding pensioners trying to make ends meet on the outside.

Beautiful capture of this impressive prison! Something's terribly wrong when inmates are receiving better treatment and housing vs. the hard-working, taxpaying citizens! It's happening here in the US too.... :(

Very nice for a prison. Wonder who gets the tower room. Your description sounds similar to L.A. the city where the dogs live like people and the people live like dogs.
