The man driving walked into the river to drive the car out for the owner, man in brown coat.
This car, a Steyr Puch is well designed for water ingress. There are drain plugs in the floor well to drain the interior. It started instantly and drove away as though nothing had happened.

Not if you dry it out quick Dave. Mold grows when something is damp for quite a while.
