Well spotted Dave, your vigilance is outstanding. That is proof positive that these transmitters are everywhere. Only today I found yet another one. They are all over London.

Our team ran this image through the Image Repetitiveness Recognizer and discovered that it or something like it was used once before:http://www.pbase.com/john_cooper/image/48058196 . Without consulting my astrologer, I'd say this was a ruse meant to confuse.
