Near Richmond lock

There is something strange about this particular stretch of moorings.
None of the the boats moored here ever seem to get cleaned.
Wish it was my boat it would be spotless.

theyre all moored and paid for by the RSPB, as a seagull sanctuary. Damn do-gooders are taking over the world.
