River around Eel Pie Island
For the Month of November each year, there are super low tides between Richmond Lock and Teddington Lock on the Thames
Eel Pie on the right, fascinating place at a super low tide

This boat used to belong to Pete Townshend of the pop group The Who
The river is about 1 foot deep where I am standing
I love walking along the river bed when the river has gone
Industrial size trolley dumped in river.
Inspecting the bottoms of the boats.
The Thames at its lowest here.
Trolley get together.
Looking upriver from Eel Pie footbridge.
Looking upriver to Eel Pie Island bridge.
Went for a walk up Twickenham High Street today, forgot to take my new glasses.
Very low tide.
Low tide looking downriver.
If it were not for the lock at Richmond this low tide would happen twice a day
