Northern Quail (13335)

Found this young quail in our front yard one afternoon....it's too young to fly and has been a little mishandled by some other animal....it's feathers are pretty torn up...

Too bad for the quail - hope it's only feathers that got torn. Nice capture though - don't get to see quail out in the open very much.
