I just got one of these for $5 and I think it's still in working order! I'm curious about what you've experienced with focussing. I'm not sure that the focus knob is working on mine. Have you taken shots with this camera? I would love to see some! Sadly, mine isn't in as good condition as yours (missing the left side 'leather' casing, the top branding is very faded). Also, do you have any recommendations for cleaning the lens?
