Lubricating and adjusting the slow shutterspeed mechanism and oiling the shutter.
The lens unscrewed while focusing so I had to relubed the lens helicoid and everything runs butterly smooth now...

I now understand why it is not possible and dangerous to change shutterspeeds before arming the shutter first.
