I was introduced to this particular formation (Gingham Skirts Butte) by a friend.

Unfortunately we arrived at the wrong time of day for a really good shot. Regardless of the time of day I still liked the shot because of the scenery mix of Vermilion Cliffs and Painted Desert, and what was in my opinion a very good looking formation. Anyway, my plan is to eventually go back and have another go around sunset.
