Vovinam Buddhist Temple Sculpture of Guan Yin

There is a huge well-known statue of Guan Yin at a Buddhist temple nearby. It is by some famous sculptor, but I don't recall her name.

Il y a une très belle lumière douce sur cette statue et il y a une certaine quiétude qui ce dégage. Vote

Stunning shot. Here is some info & a link about the statue.

It's Guan Yin, sometimes pronounced Kwan Yin.
Sort of the Buddhist equivalent of Mary.
She used to be a guy before she was introduced into China interestingly.
(Still is in Tibet). In fact there are some famous images where she is a
woman in every respect except she has a little goatee and moustache.
