the trucks are running up and down 24/7.

Update:-
Well somebody knew something I didn't or they got very lucky.
It now looks as if the A14 is going to be diverted a few miles south,
and the bridge leading to this section of the A14 will be removed and
the existing A14 will be de-trunked.
