DRAGONFLY

The russian vine is staying, after getting up close for the butterfly shot http://www.pbase.com/jim_w/image/47061289 a few days ago, I was going to rid the garden of the vine, but this dragonfly that was hunting small flying insects, in its classic figure of 8 flight patern has just extended its life as it is the vine that atracts the small insects in the first place, Butterfly and Dragonfly, Birds could be next. When it came into the garden I was just setting up on the tripod to take what is now going into my PaD rejects http://www.pbase.com/jim_w/image/47505012

Bombs away. Great capture of the dragonfly. I agree that this is a hard picture to get.
