LEST WE FORGET

Cambridge England

Several times, I walked the length of the stonewall, that
honours the dead, and the effect was nothing in comparison to that
of looking at the memorial book in this picture, EACH PAGE has
the name of 25 men, who paid the ultimate price, in a foreign land,
because a small group of fools followed, what can only be described
as a lunatic.

The other open book in the picture is the visitor’s book, my entry on
this visit reads, "WHEN WILL WE LEARN" and I am sorry to say that I do
not think we will. I say this because I believe you need to be able
to see into your enemies mind, you can "set a thief to catch a thief"
But we are talking about lunatics.
