This bird is checking out the site of a new 1 million sq. ft. shopping and entertainment complex. The complex is being built on an old Marine Air Station. The large structure in the back is one of two enormous blimp hangars. This planned development is somewhat controversial because it is less than five miles from three other mega-complexes, the Tustin Marketplace, South Coast Plaza, and the Spectrum. When this complex is completed, there will be three Costcos within about a five mile radius.
