9/20: Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head

The title of this photo is the Burt Bacarach song that this little rabbit sings in a very annoying voice.
We had completely atypical thunderstorms with lots of rain the last two days.
Drop in the bucket compared to the Southeast, but for us it was a nice change.

Two weeks since my last post. We have been soooooo busy on the house.
I'll be sharing update photos soon. So far no major surprises.
We discovered three leaks, one was easily repaired, one was repaired by the Water Company at no cost,
and the other will cost a couple hundred -- it's in the A/C unit.

I love the strawberry pants and red boots! We were shopping at Target 2 weeks ago and my boys found these horrible stuffed electronic frogs on an end cap that sang and moved around when you pressed their "hands." It was horrible, and of course my kids had to press every single one of them so the end cap was screaming with electronic frog renditions of " Maniac," Devo's "Whip it!" and a pretty little ditty by 50 Cent. Anyway, I can feel your pain as you must endure "Raindrops."

That's one way to wash him. :) Those red boots really stand out against the green grass and make it very clear that the weather is wet. Good luck with the water leak repairs.
