This is my dad. He is a great man. He grew up in a tiny shack in New Hampshire.
He went to Harvard. He was a U.S. Marine in the Korean War.
He was a high school math teacher at the same school for over 40 years.
He's been married to the same woman for over 50 years.
He looks tough in this picture but he's pretty soft-spoken and used logic and conversation to deal with us kids.
He instilled in me the importance of integrity, honesty, loyalty, perseverance, and humor.
I often wish I were as consistent and self disciplined as him.
