Salmon Cakes

Anyone hungry for dinner?

Salmon and cantaloupe are 2 of the foods on The Perricone Diet (3 day).
I did the cleansing diet last year and gearing up to do it again!
It is a good anti-inflammatory and a quick way to lose some water weight ;o)

(Image seems blurry to me....no matter how much I clean my daughter's lens, it still seems dirty!...really need to work on ordering my docking station and get my camera back up and running!).
